Salopian Consultancy Ltd is an established team of arboriculturists and ecologists providing pragmatic and commercially aware solutions to arboricultural and ecological matters, working closely alongside Heritage/Landscape Consultants, Architects, Planners, Civil Engineers and Contract Managers.

Who we are
Salopian Consultancy is led by Douglas Williams who is responsible for the day to day running of the company and leads the arboricultural side of the business. In addition, we have a small team of ecologists providing a range of ecological surveys.
Salopian Consultancy carried out a Tree Condition Survey for us in 2018. We found them to be reliable and professional throughout the process. The area covered included some private, residential land usage. Doug was very accommodating and sensitive to this fact. We found him to be a good communicator both with our company and other affected parties or stakeholders. His report was thorough and detailed. Whilst he has the necessary knowledge in this sector, his reports are practical, readable and can be clearly understood by a non-specialist. Our experience
With over 15 years of experience within the arboricultural industry we are well placed to assist with tree related concerns/matters. Our arboricultural surveyors hold professional membership with the Arboricultural Association, and Ecologists with the necessary protected species licence and memberships with the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management.
